The Yasir provides a comfortable, deep, and balanced seat. Its prominent thigh blocks are carefully positioned to support the rider while leaving enough space for the knees, making it easier to apply subtle aids.

Construction

The EDIX Yasir is built on a flexible soft tree base composed of multiple shock-absorbing layers, integrated into a high-quality Turkish leather structure. The internal base consists of a three-part core with an interchangeable fiber gullet, a cantle, and a sturdy yet supple leather frame. While technically still treeless, this design offers more support than traditional treeless saddles.

The soft leather panels are filled with resilient synthetic wool and feature a wide gullet channel to ensure complete spinal freedom. The front gussets are quilted and include a built-in stabilizer strap to ensure a secure position on the horse’s back. The Yasir features a monoflap design with prominent thigh blocks. The stirrup bar is placed more centrally than in classic dressage saddles, promoting correct leg alignment and reducing knee strain.

The EDIX Y-girthing system includes two front girth straps and a third Y-strap, allowing various girthing options depending on the horse’s conformation. This guarantees a secure and stable saddle position.

The EDIX Yasir is a stand-alone dressage saddle. With an interchangeable gullet system and the option to refill the panels, the saddle can easily be adjusted as your horse’s anatomy changes due to growth or muscular development through training.

Availability

The EDIX Yasir is available in standard black or brown and in the sizes XXS–16", XS–16.5", S–17", M–17.5", and L–18".
The flexibility of the soft tree, the shape or length of the saddle flap, and the panel filling can all be adjusted.

Due to its unique structure and wide range of fitting options, EDIX strongly recommends purchasing this saddle in consultation with a certified EDIX dealer or saddle fitter.
