I am Vivian Chang, an international Grand Prix rider and founder of Vivian Chang Equestrian (VCE), based in Belgium. At VCE, I combine high-performance training with professional horse management and the long-term development of both horse and rider. Alongside competing on the European circuit, I am building an international environment where sport, knowledge and collaboration come together.
Horse comfort, balance and freedom of movement are central to my training. At Grand Prix level, a lot is asked of both horse and rider, which makes it especially important to me that a saddle provides support without restricting the horse’s movement. The flexible EDIX saddles fit well with this philosophy, as their construction allows them to move with the horse.
For me, top-level sport is not only about performance, but also about the journey towards it. When a horse feels comfortable and has the freedom to move, it has the opportunity to develop sustainably. This makes EDIX a valuable addition to both my training and my vision of equestrian sport.
