Register a return / withdraw from purchase
Enter your order number and email address to retrieve your order. You can then indicate per product whether you wish to return it, exchange it or exercise your right of withdrawal. Providing a reason is optional, but helps us improve our products and services. Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within Europe. Orders shipped outside Europe are not eligible for return through this return portal. Return shipping is at your own expense and risk. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed. Once received, processing may take up to 14 days.
When taking photo's of your horse:
Please make sure your horse is on level ground and standing square with good lighting, head in a natural riding position
- Take a whole body photo (both sides)
- Then a closer photo of their shoulder/wither area (both sides)
- Then a photo from behind (shooting from the rump area towards the withers) while slightly birds eye (you may need to stand on a stool!) to show the back/shoulder/wither area - this is important - feel free to send us a few photos!
- Remember we need a clear photo showing the wither/shoulder area from above to determine the best pommel option
