Information purchase and warranty

Purchase process
EDIX® advises you to purchase an EDIX® saddle through a well-considered purchasing process. A process in which you provide yourself with sufficient information and/or recieve advice. Buying an EDIX® saddle directly at a webshop or a dealer webshop without informing yourself in advance or consulting with the specialized saddle seller is not the most optimal way. This is because there is a nice saddle combination for every rider and every horse, but we and our horses are not all the same size. EDIX® strongly advises, expecially if this is your first EDIX® saddle combination, that you inform yourself well in advance and preferably go through the process of advice, fitting, testing, purchase and then the after-service process. EDIX® and the official EDIX® dealers are happy to provide information and advice without obligation about the optimal purchasing process.

The EDIX Hack-Q® Hackamore shanks, an innovative b The EDIX Hack-Q® Hackamore shanks, an innovative bitless system designed to create clear communication through feel, timing, and release, rather than force.

So, how does it work?

A subtle wiggle of the reins creates a gentle pre-cue through the rings, allowing your horse to prepare before any pressure is applied. When rein contact follows, a minimal and controlled leverage action is created as the noseband and chin strap work together. As the leverage reaches its limit, the pressure is immediately transferred to the noseband.

✔️ No additional poll pressure – the Hack-Q® shanks feature a direct release, leaving the atlas completely free.
✔️ The specially designed shanks keep the noseband securely in place without shifting.
✔️ The pressure can never exceed the weight in your hands.
✔️ The noseband always sits higher than the chin strap for optimal stability and comfort.

The light leverage is intentionally limited and designed for communication, not correction. By giving soft, upward rein aids and releasing immediately when your horse responds, you encourage relaxation, understanding, and mutual trust. Horses often learn to brace against constant pressure, but clear, light signals followed by an instant release create a much more effective conversation ❤️
