The EDIX Pepito is a fully treeless all-purpose saddle with a soft and secure finish, specially designed for the youngest riders and their ponies.
The EDIX Pepito saddle gives young children the opportunity to explore horse riding in a comfortable and stable way. Whether it's a gentle walk on the lead or their very first steps in the arena, the Pepito supports both child and pony with every move. Its lightweight construction and soft yet supportive pommel help keep the rider securely in place, even during sudden movements from the pony.
Structure
The EDIX Pepito is fully treeless and crafted from supple, high-quality English leather. By combining different leather types and contrasting white stitching, the saddle has a charming and polished appearance, available in both brown and black. The pommel is made from a slim, flexible metal plate that is invisibly integrated into the saddle. It helps retain the saddle’s shape, provides ample wither clearance, and gradually adapts to the pony’s back.
Two separate soft leather panels filled with synthetic wool provide a comfortable fit on the pony's back. The wide leather knee rolls offer young riders extra support and a secure feeling in the saddle.

For optimal fit and pressure distribution, EDIX recommends using the EDIX 8-pocket pad. These pads provide stability and allow you to adjust the saddle’s balance to the pony’s back using shims.
