Description
The EDIX® Western Safety Stirrups combine a classic Western appearance with additional attention to safety and comfort. The stirrups are made from high-quality stainless steel and feature a padded, leather-covered tread that provides comfortable and stable support for the rider’s foot.
Elastic Safety Side
One side of each stirrup is fitted with an elastic band. In the event of a fall, the elastic may release, creating a wider opening and allowing the foot to slide out of the stirrup more easily. This helps reduce the risk of the rider’s foot becoming trapped.
Before each use, check that the elastic is correctly fitted and shows no signs of wear or damage. Safety stirrups can reduce the risk of entrapment but cannot eliminate it completely.
