I am Zissely van Bercum, an instructor and part of the EDIX team. As an instructor I am committed each day to a kind and biomechanically correct way of training and working with horses. I believe that horses can only truly develop when they are able to move freely and do not experience tension caused by their tack.
With my mare Kadanze I compete bitless and with the EDIX Ishya in Z level dressage. For me this is an important proof that harmony and performance can go hand in hand when a horse feels comfortable and trusts the rider. My lesson horses also go under EDIX saddles, so every rider can immediately experience the improvement in balance and freedom of movement when a saddle supports instead of restricts. I see a significant improvement in every rider’s independent seat.
Within EDIX I am involved in technical development, communication, education, and improving the online experience. To me EDIX represents freedom, durability, innovation, and respect for the horse. It is special to be part of a brand that represents the same vision I strive for myself, riding in true harmony.
