The EDIX Ragnar jumping saddle is a sporty and technically advanced jumping saddle, developed for riders who want to combine flexibility, freedom of movement, and support while jumping. Built on the EDIX Flex Tree and equipped with adjustable blocks, the Ragnar offers excellent freedom of movement for the horse while providing stability for the rider.

Construction
The EDIX Ragnar is built on the well-known EDIX Flex Tree, made from PBP (Plastic Blended Polymer). This flexible tree moves with the horse’s back and supports natural freedom of movement while maintaining stability and pressure distribution.
The saddle is made from high-quality Belgian soft leather, providing a supple and comfortable riding feel with excellent grip. Thanks to the compact design and flexible tree, the rider can give refined aids and easily move with the horse during jumping.
The Ragnar is equipped with drop and BBP panels, ensuring a stable saddle position and even pressure distribution. This construction offers extra support for horses with less muscle development behind the shoulders or horses that benefit from additional stability.
The wide spinal channel provides sufficient clearance for the spine and helps the back move freely during riding.

Availability
The EDIX Ragnar jumping saddle is standard available in black and brown leather, in sizes XXS-16", XS-16.5", S-17", M-17.5", and L-18". An EDIX dealer will gladly assist you in creating the right configuration.
For optimal stability while riding, EDIX recommends using a 3-part anatomical or crescent girth. These girths move with the horse’s breathing and movement, provide even pressure distribution, and relieve pressure on the chest muscles.
We also recommend using the saddle in combination with an EDIX 8-pocket pad. This allows precise adjustment of pressure distribution and balance through the use of shims.
